You can bet either on the ante, the play or the pair plus.
Pair plus

The payoffs in pair plus bet are 1:1 if for a pair, 4:1 for flush, 6:1 for straight, 30:1 for trips and 40:1 for straight flush. If your hand contains less than a pair, it is not qualified and you lose your bet.
Ante Bet
If you choose to make an ante bet, you are required to make a decision after you look at the three cards you were dealt. If you are satisfied with your hand, you make a play bet. The play bet has to match the ante bet. If you are not satisfied with your dealt hand, you fold and lose and your ante bet.
